Where We Ship From
Your order is shipped from our warehouses in Bhiwandi (Maharashtra) and Bavla (Gujarat), via trusted courier partners.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Sundays, are dispatched within 48 hours.
  • We do not dispatch on public holidays; your order will go out the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days across India, depending on your location.
  • Delivery windows are typically between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress in real time.

Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping (up to 2kg) on Laundry Detergent, All-Purpose Cleaner, and Dish Liquid. For orders above 2kg, or for products outside this list, shipping is calculated based on weight and shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no hidden costs.

Delivery Requirements

  • Someone will need to be available to receive and sign for the delivery. If you won't be home, you're welcome to authorize a family member, neighbour, or colleague to receive it on your behalf.
  • Some courier partners may request an OTP to confirm delivery — this will be sent to the mobile number provided at checkout.

International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination — you'll see the exact amount before you pay.
  • Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping cost.
  • Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
  • You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
