Where We Ship From
Your order is shipped from our warehouses in Bhiwandi (Maharashtra) and Bavla (Gujarat), via trusted courier partners.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Sundays, are dispatched within 48 hours.
We do not dispatch on public holidays; your order will go out the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days across India, depending on your location.
Delivery windows are typically between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).
You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress in real time.

Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping (up to 2kg) on Laundry Detergent, All-Purpose Cleaner, and Dish Liquid. For orders above 2kg, or for products outside this list, shipping is calculated based on weight and shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no hidden costs.

Delivery Requirements

Someone will need to be available to receive and sign for the delivery. If you won't be home, you're welcome to authorize a family member, neighbour, or colleague to receive it on your behalf.
Some courier partners may request an OTP to confirm delivery — this will be sent to the mobile number provided at checkout.

International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination — you'll see the exact amount before you pay.
Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping cost.
Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
